Where is my order?

The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers. So there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with our support team no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Most orders are processed and delivered within a week if you are located in the USA. If you are located in Canada, depending on customs, it could take a little longer. You can check the status of your order by checking our tracking page. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours before tracking information is available.

I made a mistake on my order, how can I fix it?

If you've made a mistake on your order (example: wrong size, style) please contact us as soon as possible, with your order number, at sales@ravikapparel.com and we'll do our best to correct your order or cancel it so you may place a new order. Please not that depending on when you placed the order and contact us for correction, the product may have already been shipped so it is important to reach out to us as soon as possible.

What exactly is "ring-spun cotton"?

Ring-spun cotton is made by continuously twisting and thinning the cotton strands, which makes a very fine rope of cotton fibers. Due to this process, ring-spun cotton results in a stronger weave and a significantly softer feel, higher-end feel. As well, they do not shrink as much as your average 100% cotton shirt

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada and USA. Since we only have a warehouse in the USA, shipping times between Canada and the USA will vary slighlty.

I provided the wrong address on my order, what can I do?

If the address you provided is incorrect or simply does not exist, please contact the courier that has your package with your tracking number and discuss with them what can be done. Unfortunately once we have shipped out the product we no longer have control of the package. If the package is returned to sender due to an issue with the address or delivering the product, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it to the correct address. If the product is unclaimed after a few weeks, you'll need to reorder the product at full cost.

My order was damaged when I received it!

If you receive a package and contents have been damaged, we ask for photo verification of the damaged goods. Please contact sales@ravikapparel.com with the photo displaying the damaged package/product and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

My package says it has been delivered but I never received it

In the rare condition that the package is showing delivered but you are unable to locate it we advise you contact the courier to request where the package was delivered and further information on its location. In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location - example: "left under table on back porch."

My package never arrived

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. No worries though as we'll cover the costs of the replacement order for you. We do ask first that you contact your local post office/courier of the package with your tracking number as they may be able to help you recover it. If that sadly brings up nothing contact us sales@ravikapparel.com and we'll discuss the next steps.

I'm unhappy with my purchase

We are truly sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase, we try our best to ensure that our customers get the best and highest quality apparel that we can offer. How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by a customer. Once we receive the returned product, we'll contact you with what steps to move forward with and usually, the correct address to resend the product to. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by customers, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Customers are responsible for these fees and payments are made directly to the customs agencies or courier if necessary. Orders to Canada have an Int'l Economy Duties paid with tracking option (4-8 business days after fulfillment). This method can be useful for tracking packages so that they're less likely to get lost in the mail.

What is your Return Policy?

As all our orders are manufactured upon order placement, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with the apparel that you have received (manufacturing, ripped, wrong product, etc) please contact us and we'll go about fixing that up for you so you can have something you can actually wear!
